Dopodiché sono approdata nel magico mondo del giornalismo online come music editor di VICE e, dopo un paio di anni, direttore di Noisey. È lì che ho imparato a scrivere cose intelligenti in modo stupido e cose stupide in modo intelligente. Ho iniziato a scavare in profondità nello strano regno della musica sperimentale e, allo stesso tempo, ho sperimentato strani modi di scrivere di cultura pop.&nbsp; Quando ho lasciato VICE ho inaugurato il mio percorso come freelance, e, con esso, il mio fantastico rapporto con le tasse! Ho iniziato a lavorare per la televisione, sia come ghost writer che come autrice. After a PhD in Philosophy, I started working as an ice-cream maker and scullion (gaining some of my most useful skills). Then I entered the world of online journalism by becoming music editor at VICE Italy, and, after a while, Noisey’s editor in chief. That’s where I learned how to write smart stuff in short, witty sentences, and also where I dug deep into the realm of experimental, weird music. That’s also where I discovered experimental, weird ways of writing about pop culture.&nbsp; Then I began my freelance career, and my amazing relationship with taxes! I started working in television as a ghostwriter first, then as an author. I also worked on full-length documentary films as a screenwriter, and I’m currently developing original screenplays for movies and TV series.&nbsp; I collaborated with many creative agencies as a conceptual copywriter and freelance author for editorial and communication projects, and discovered my skills on&nbsp;scriptwriting and copywriting, mainly for fashion films.&nbsp;While doing all this, I never stopped believing in the power of music and its ability to foster communities, so I co-founded many projects and participated as a music curator, promoter, and DJ in an almost infinite series of events.&nbsp; Essentially: I’m very good at words, have great taste in music, I’m not very good at tennis.
